We base shipping amounts off the weight and size of the item. Items are shipped via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. Shipping within the U.S. is free on orders of $150+. 

An 8.875% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within New York state. 

A note to customers outside of the U.S.: We do ship internationally, but it's significantly more expensive to ship to destinations outside of the U.S.. Unfortunately there isn't currently a more cost-effective option that offers both tracking and insurance.

International countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us. Please note that transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average.


We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of when the item(s) was received. Please note that all items discounted by 40% or more are final sale.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.
