Holiday Shipping Dates
Order by 12/15 end of day for likely delivery by 12/24. Please note we do not guarantee arrival by Christmas under any circumstances. We feel ordering by 12/15 is the most likely way to ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas. We'll continue to ship everyday through Christmas, but have provided you with these dates as a recommendation. We've provided some additional info so you can make your own informed decision:
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days after they are placed. (Often within 12-24 days, 3 days is rare).
Most orders are shipped via USPS — average transit time 1-2 days for East Coast, average transit time 3-4 days for West Coast.
Orders shipped via UPS (usually just for larger orders going to the West Coast) have an average transit time of 1 week.
Please be aware that USPS shipping times have been taking longer than normal. Please expect the possibility of both shipping delays and tracking information not being updated. Orders are still arriving; but tracking information may not indicate any movement.

We will be extending our return policy for all orders made between November 1st and December 24th. These orders can be returned up until January 30th for exchange or store credit only. The window for a standard refund will remain the same (must be returned within 14 days of delivery).
