Holiday Shipping

Order by December 15th for delivery by Christmas Eve. Please note that this is our recommendation in order to receive any holiday orders in time for Christmas, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur once packages are handed off to couriers. 


Items are normally shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us if you would like to overnight your order.

An 8.875% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within New York state.

International Shipping

International countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged. Please note we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom as of January 1, 2021.

Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred. If you have a preference of courier, please 
email us prior to placing your order.


Returns Policy: Online Orders

Please note: all artwork, paper/stationery, seasonal items/holiday decor and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Full price items purchased using a discount code, as well as purchases made via In Store Pickup, may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. Full price items (i.e. items not on sale or purchased using a promo code) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.] Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Returns Policy: In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in store/in person can be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date (with the exceptions noted below). Our 14 day return policy also applies to gifts.
