Social Media & Marketing (Part Time)
We are currently hiring for this position as of May 2024.
Location: This position takes place in person and will work out of both of our Williamsburg locations — 99 Grand Street (Home & Gift) and 319 Graham Avenue (Home & Woman).
Schedule: 2 to 3 days per week (there is some flexibility on which days, but must take place Mon-Fri)
Compensation: $24 — $28 / hr
We are looking for someone with exceptional social media skills, particularly Instagram. A knack for photography and familiarity with Klaviyo are preferred. The person in this role will be responsible for creating original content for our Instagram account, website, and email marketing.

About us: Established in 2011, LEIF is an independent home, lifestyle & apparel boutique with both a strong e-commerce and brick & mortar presence. We're a small, tight-knit team consisting of 6 talented women.
Responsibilities include:
+ Create and post original, engaging content (reels, stories, photos) on Instagram
+ Grow social media presence and increase engagement with the goal of increasing sales
+ Create and schedule email marketing on Klaviyo (approximately 1 email per week).
+ Refine email marketing strategy using segmentation and other available growth features.
+ Monitor and merchandise our website as needed and help in resolving any issues that can occasionally arise.
+ Edit product photos and photograph new products for web as needed.

Requirements:
+ Proven track record in social media growth, preferably in fashion and/or home & gift industries
+ Fluent in Photoshop and Lightroom
+ Familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify
+ Exceptional attention to detail, written communication & grammar
+ Self starter who takes initiative and can self manage where needed
